Booking data is kept for as long as the relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the periods required by tax law and to handle possible claims. The medical questionnaire is deleted at the end of the trip, unless it needs to be kept because of an incident. Data for marketing communications is kept until you withdraw your consent.

Our company and the service you book are in Egypt, so your data is processed outside the European Economic Area. This transfer is necessary to perform the travel contract you request (Article 49(1)(b) GDPR). When we use providers such as Cloudflare, Web3Forms or Google, which may process data outside the European Economic Area, transfers are made with the safeguards provided for in the GDPR, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time, and withdraw any consent you have given, by writing to info@diveinredsea.com and stating which right you wish to exercise. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country.
