2. Purpose

The website provides information about our liveaboard diving expeditions in the Red Sea, their routes, departures, prices and additional services, and lets you request a place. Bookings are governed by our Terms and conditions.

Access to the website is free and implies acceptance of this legal notice. You agree to use the website lawfully, without harming its operation or the rights of third parties, and to provide truthful information when you fill in any form.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The texts, photographs, videos, logos, design and other content of the website belong to Dive in Red Sea or to third parties who have authorised their use. Reproducing, distributing or transforming them for commercial purposes without express permission is prohibited. Third-party trademarks shown on the website belong to their respective owners.

The binding information is the one in your booking confirmation.
